By accessing or using Important Dates (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Important Dates helps you track personal dates, set reminders, and use an AI assistant for planning and gift ideas. Features may change as we improve the product. Early-access or beta features may be incomplete or unavailable at times.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the dates, notes, and messages you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including generating AI responses when you use the coach).

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as allowed by law
• Do not share accounts or access credentials with others

AI features

AI suggestions are informational only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output, including gifts, plans, and purchases. Product links may lead to third-party stores we do not control.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation details will be shown at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Important Dates and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
